Today I want to introduce to everyone about ''Banh mi''

Referring to well-known Vietnamese foods like Pho, Hue beef noodle soup, etc., “Banh mi” is a favorite dish of locals as well as visitors to the country. “Banh mi”, sometimes referred to as "Vietnamese Sandwich," differs from sandwiches made in other nations that are made in loaf-style. Banh mi comes in a wide variety of shapes including small, round loaves that are also known as “Banh mi ga” because its shape like a chicken egg and “ga” means chicken or sticks that are also known as “Banh mi que”. We have oval loaves in medium and big sizes, respectively. Each variety of Banh mi will go with a particular dish, and the filling will vary as well. For example, “Banh mi ga” and “Banh mi que” often have fillings such as pate, poached fish, butter, etc. Oval loaves can be topped with pork, spring rolls, and other ingredients; long bread will be split and served with curry.

Flour, milk, eggs, yeast, butter, and other ingredients are used to make all of bread. When bread is cooked, the outside crust turns a pale golden color, emits a buttery aroma, becomes extremely crispy, and the interior becomes soft and spongy.
People can buy this dish very easily on the Vietnamese streets. You can satiate your hunger with bread at any moment of the day.

The fundamental components of a Banh mi include bread tops, pate, cucumber, green onions, butter, and chili sauce. The banh mi sellers makes all the ingredients by hand, ensuring a delicious and fresh product. For instance, to make pate, ingredients like pig, liver, milk, butter, and spices will be combined, finely crushed, and cooked.

Butter is whipped with eggs, cooking oil and a little vinegar.

Fresh chilies will be used to make the Chili sauce, which will be cooked, minced and mixed with prepared spices.

Pork will be cleaned, spiced, and cooked in sauce for a few hours to make a superb barbecued pork dish and the other components are created in the same way.

If you purchase bread and then pick it up, the merchant will add the ingredients you specify to the loaf. Most banh mi sellers also offer a wide range of meat fillings, including heo quay (roasted pork belly), trung op la (fried egg), thit nuong (grilled pork loin), cha ca (fried fish with turmeric and dill), cha lua (boiled sausages), xa xiu (Chinese barbecued pork), and thit ga (poached chicken). There are plenty excellent choices for a quick meal.

The most well-liked food when eating on the spot is Trung op la (fried egg). In a small pan, eggs will be cooked. You can ask for one or two eggs, depending on your appetite. After that, the banh mi sellers will add pate, butter, chili sauce, spring rolls, etc. You are immediately given hot food. Laksa leaves, cucumber, and shredded papaya are served as a side dish.

For a perfect meal, you can also order an additional glass of soy milk. You can also order green bean milk, gotu kola juice, or carbonated water. The beverage is always served in full when you eat at the place.

The price of Banh mi is very cheap for a good meal. As we can see, Banh mi is an extremely convenient, delicious and nutritious dish.
