What I will show in my post today is delicious food, this food in Indonesia, especially in my area, namely Aceh Province, is called Cook White Potato Shrimp (white rendang potato shrimp).
Friends in Indonesia will probably know this cuisine, because all Indonesians understand about various cuisines in western Indonesia.
Well, I will show you how to cook a typical Acehnese, Indonesian dish, namely Cook White Potato Shrimp. Enjoy it...
First of all we prepare the ingredients first, ok?
The food ingredients needed are:
- 450 ml coconut milk.
- 250 gr shrimp.
- 1 potato (cut into large pieces).
- White rendang seasoning (buy at the market).
- 2 bay leaves.
- 2 pieces of Temurui Leaves.
- 2 pieces of Pandan Leaves.
- 2 Spring onions.
- 1 teaspoon salt.

The ingredients for cooking spices as I have explained above are Salam Leaves, Temurui Leaves, Pandan Leaves, Shallots.
Large potatoes that have been cut according to taste or according to your wishes.
Coconut milk as much as 450 ml. (This coconut milk is used depending on our desires as much as we need).
Large size shrimp as much as 250 gr. And if you want to use Lobster Shrimp you can too, and it is according to the wishes of each of us.
Initially we heat a little cooking oil on the stove's temperature which is not too hot.
Then enter the ingredients that have been prepared earlier.

And after the ingredients that were put in the pan, wait 1-2 minutes then put the White Cooking Seasoning in the pan.

Try to keep the fire not too big. The fire must be just ordinary, my friend.
Then add the chopped potatoes, and add a little coconut milk so that the marinade can be a little wet and doesn't dry out quickly.
Then after the mixture in the pan has been stirred evenly, then about 10 minutes then add all the shrimp and coconut milk, and stir again until evenly, then wait for about 15 minutes later and see if it's done or not. When you smell the spices, make sure the food is done, and turn off the stove, then serve everything on your table.
Add all existing coconut milk and wait for the dish to be cooked and ready to serve.
