Truly a beautiful recipe, it looks delicious, it looks a like the nougat we make in Italy. Very well detailed the post, you also used temperature control techniques, you are at a high level! Too bad I can't try this dessert, because I'm allergic to almonds, but I could do it with only walnuts, it's always good right?
