Preparación
Tomamos la flor de Jamaica la lavamos y separamos los pétalos, luego la colocamos en una olla y la llevamos al fuego por 5 minutos aproximadamente le agregamos una cucharada de azúcar dependiendo la cantidad de Té que vas a preparar, los retiramos del fuego y lo servimos les cuento que este té también lo podemos tomar frío así que si no queremos tomarlo caliente dejamos reposar y se le coloca un poco de limón y hielo de esta manera tendremos una bebida rica y nutritiva para nuestra salud.
