Hola amigos de Hive ☺ Hoy os traigo la receta del tipico pan búlgaro que hacemos.Lo hacemos mucho por esas fechas o cuando nos aparece.

Products needed:
√ 1 yeast
√ 600 700 g flour
√ 2 eggs
√ salt
√ seeds
√ 2 tablespoons plain yogurt.
Productos necesarios:
√ 1 levadura

√ 2 cucharas de yogurt natural

Step by step:
In a bowl we heat water and put the yeast inside.In another bowl we put some flour and salt.We crush the yeast and when it is ready we put it in the other bowl.We add the eggs and start kneading. After the eggs add the yogurt but I forgot 🤦 and that's why I added it later.

En un bol calentamos agua y ponemos la levadura dentro.En otro bow ponemos un poco de harina y sal.Machacamos la levadura y cuando ya está lista la metemos en el otro bol.Añadimos los huevos y empezamos a amasar. Después de los huevos se añade el yogurt pero a mi se me olvidó 🤦♀️ y por eso lo añadi después.

Cuando ya tenemos más o menos una masa en la mesa ponemos un poco de harina y ponemos la masa y seguimos amasando hasta que tengamos una masa buena.

When the dough is finished we cover it again.In a bowl we put an egg with a little oil we beat it and with a brush we spread it on top.And finally we put the seeds.We bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cuando la masa está lista la tapamos con 2 toallas y la dejamos para que se doble el volumen.Cuando está lista en una olla ponemos un poco de aceite y lo extendemos bien.Después cogemos la masa y hacemos bola como un puño y los ponemos en la olla. Cuando la masa termine la tapamos otra vez.En un bow ponemos un huevo con un poco de aceite lo batimos y con un pincel lo extendemos por encima.Y por últimos ponemos las semillas.Herneamos 40 minutos a 180 grados.
