Esta receta es bien particular, pues me sorprende el uso del limón en la cocción de los plátanos, supongo los aromatiza e impide se ennegrezcan. La receta está bien estructurada y explicada, lo cual es muy importante para su comprensión, además de que nos ofreces una pequeña introducción, necesaria para que el lector se ubique en contexto. Mi única sugerencia es mejorar la calidad de las fotos en próximos post, de resto, buena publicación.
