2 cebollas pequeñas o una grande, me gustan más las pequeñas porque tienen aún más sabor.
1 cucharada de aceite.
1/2 cucharadita de sal.
1 cucharadita de azúcar blanca.
3 cucharadas grandes de mayonesa.
6 cucharadas (aproximadamente) de salsa tipo ketchup.
300 gramos de queso blanco rallado.
3 cucharadas de vinagre, para desinfectar el repollo.
Agua para lavar los vegetales, y para remojar y enjuagar el repollo.
Un caldero, un sartén, boles, tabla para picar, cuchillo, cucharilla, etc.
