Una Refrescante Bebida De Níspero / A Refreshing Medlar Drink

Saludos queridos amigos de HIVE.

Greetings dear friends of HIVE.

Hoy les quiero compartir la preparación de una bebida refrescante, para beberla en las tardes de estos días donde hace tanto calor.

Today I want to share with you the preparation of a refreshing drink, to drink it in the afternoons of these days when it is so hot.

La bebida que prepare, es una fruta muy rica, llamada NÍSPERO, en mi país, y aprovechando que esta en temporada. Es una bebida refrescante y dulce.

The drink that I prepare is a very rich fruit, called NÍSPERO, in my country, and taking advantage of the fact that it is in season. It is a refreshing and sweet drink.

Es la favorita de mi madre, la cual estaba contenta porque le prepare una de sus bebidas favoritas, y gracias a las vecina que le regalaron los Nísperos, uno de sus cosechas y otros que le trajeron de fuera.

It is the favorite of my mother, who was happy because I prepared one of her favorite drinks, and thanks to the neighbor who gave her the Nísperos, one of her crops and others that they brought her from abroad.

Llegando en el momento oportuno, para preparar esta rica bebida refrescante.

Arriving at the right time, to prepare this delicious refreshing drink.

Para preparar mi jugo necesite:

• 4 Níspero.
• Agua.
• Hielo.
• Azúcar (opcional )

To prepare my juice I need:

• 4 Medlar.
• Water.
• Ice.
• Sugar (optional )

Procedimiento:

• Se lavan los Nísperos.
• Se parten a la mitad y se retira la semilla.
• Se le extrae la pulpa con una cucharilla.
• Se llevan a la licuadora.
• Y por ultimo al vaso con hielo.

Process:

• The medlars are washed.
• They are split in half and the seed is removed.
• The pulp is extracted with a teaspoon.
• They are taken to the blender.
• And finally to the glass with ice.
