I've really enjoyed learning about the benefits of lady fingers! They are so flexible in the kitchen. Plus, they’re easy to grow at home. It inspires me to use this in my cooking even more!

This is so educating, although I don't like eating it, but I will try doing that now.
But why is it called lady finger, why not guy finger 🤣🤣

A lot of benefits of a lady finger. But I don't know why, I don't like it so much. I even forced myself to eat okra, but it really doesn't want me.🤣🤣
