A fantastic day to all hivers! Consuming my veggie stocks before weekend, and came up to idea of having mushroom with added spinach and peas. Mushroom has been my favourite versatile veg plus a vegan source of protein. Preparing this dish is a time saving and budget friendly menu.
Mushroom is a good a source of protein, fibre, folic acid, antioxidant and a source of B vitamins
Spinach as we all know one of the superfood and a rich source of iron.
I would like to share how I make my sauteed mushroom spinach
Ingredients:
Mushroom ( any mushroom )
Spinach 1 bunch
Green peas 15 pcs.
Onion 1 medium
Garlic 3 cloves
Ginger 2 inch
Green chili 4-5 pcs.
Soy sauce 4-5 tspn.
Black pepper 2tbspn coarsely ground
Methods:
Wash and chopped all necessary ingredients.
In a pan, heat some oil, Add in garlic, onion, green chili saute for 4 min.
Add in ginger and continue to saute.
Add in soy sauce, mixed well.
Add in chopped mushrooms, mixed well till well coated
Add in black pepper and Simmer for few minutes till mushrooms are fully cooked.
Add 3/4 cup of water , continue to mix well.
Add in spinach and green peas. Mixed well.
Switch off flame.n
A simple, yet tummy full filling asian recipe.
And ready ! It is best accompanied with rice. Have a good meal everyone!
