Mom’s Ham and Cheese Sandwich

As a girl who grew up loving my mom’s cooking and also my grandmother’s, I am really thankful that they both have an ability to cook some meals for us. Mom’s cooking skills has much more to do with desserts and snacks when my grandmother has the thing with meals or what we call “sud-an” in bisaya that we always pair it with rice, what I love is that they never let us starve and let us eat what they have to offer and thankfully they are really good at cooking our dishes everyday.

I want to share to you our midnight snack tonight, her grilled ham and cheese sandwich. This is one of my favorite snack that my mom would make because it has all you need! From Go, Grow, and Glow foods. What I love about this is it’s very tasty and good for all occasions, it really is the best thing that I’ll always crave especially when I am on my menstruation day. Her sandwich can make me feel at ease and fulfill my wants when it comes to eating, it’s a comfort snack for me and I’m glad my mom often make this for us family.

Ingredients:

Cheese (any type you want but I prefer Eden or Mozarella)
Cooked Ham
Letus
Tomato
Slice Bread
Cucumber
Mayonnaise

It is really easy to make, first you will slice all the ingredients on whatever you want. After you sliced all of the ingredients that you need, you will grill or toast your sliced bread so that it will be hot and fresh when it needs to be ready. After all the preparation, you will stack all your ingredients in any order what ever you prefer it is and then enjoy!
