Red lentil rice with mutton curry

Here is how i cooked rice with lentils and spicy mutton curry.
Ingredients

Take a pan and put some cooking oil and fry chopped onion and garlic till they get brown. Then add spices whatever you have( i used turmeric, chili, all spices). Then add meat and yogurt. Add some water and wait for meat to be cooked and water gets reduced. Now add copped tomatoes and potatoes. cover the lid and wait till Oil appears on top thats how you know meat is cooked.

Now its time for rice. I took Basmati rice, brown and red lentils mixed together. Add water and some green peas. wait around 20 mins for it to be cooked.

Great!! now serve it with mutton curry.Enjoy.
