DOMESTIC ROLLS.jpg
One of the favourite time in the kitchen is a time spent with kids who adore making rolls and enjoying eating it when they are baked . It is delicious breakfast for the whole family plus I prepare several rolls to put in the schoolbags for my children to have for a snack in the school..Plenty of the rolls were on the table yesterday morning and their smell was inviting the guests from the neighbourhood . You have to try this recipe.

Wow ! a dough of great hydration, I have never used these proportions in my kitchen, I imagine that you have required extra flour on the counter to work it, a tips reduce a little the amount of yeast, for a kilo of flour with 40 grams of yeast is more than enough and if you use instant with 20 grams is perfect.
