Choko cream for every cake

Who loves chocolate?I think there are so many chocolate lovers. We prefer chocolate cakes so I use very often a chocolate cream I make for the cakes, that is really tasty and full of chocolate flavor.

You will need following ingrediants

1 litre of milk(800 ml plus 200 ml for pudding)
6 spoons of sugar
250 gr margarine-butter
100 g chocolate
nutella
powdered sugar

Mix 2 dl of milk, 3 puddings and sugar in a separate bowl, then bring the remaining 8 dl of milk to a boil. When it boils, add the whipped pudding and when it thickens enough, remove it from the heat to cool. Immediately add chocolate (100 grams) while it is still warm and stir until it melts and let it cool completely. (You can also melt the chocolate separately and add it to the mixture).

Beat the margarine (butter) with powdered sugar and add it to the cooled pudding. Mix everything until it has a equal color. Add 3 to 5 spoons of nutella .The cream for any cake is ready.

You can eat this cream especially as a dessert because it is delicious or you can use it for cakes. Today I made a cake using this cream,at the bottom I put the biscuit crust,then I put the cream and at the top I put white whipped cream and the cake looked fantastic. Try it and make your dream cake.
