I want to share with you recipe of a simple old-fashioned dish that is easy to prepare, and you can be sure that even the kids will love it.Some consider it a kind of soup,but you can eat it as a main meal just with some salad,I usually serve it with cabbage or cucumber salad.
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast,2 chicken legs
link greens for soup,( I use only carrots sometimes)
2-4 cloves of garlic
half a onion
3 - 4 spoons of flour
a piece of butter or a little oil
parsley
green salted vegetables,salt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice or vinegar

Preparation:
Make soup from chicken breast and greens, or whatever vegetables you use, carrots for example. I today used both chicken legs and chicken fillet.Separate the cooked meat from the bone, remove the skin, and cut into larger pieces.
Now make ajmokac: briefly fry finely chopped garlic in a little butter or oil, add flour, then pour in several ladles of soup (about half a liter), stirring constantly*the cooked water/filtered water from the soup.. When the sauce is moderately thick, put the pieces of meat down and leave it on low heat for a few more minutes. You can also pour ajmokac sause in a water with meat, it is the same.
If the sauce is too thick, thin it with soup. Season with white pepper and lemon juice or vinegar before serving,if you like it.Some people add sour cream too.There are plenty of combinations but the meal is really delicious.
