I use packets bought from the market to make Halim recipe.

Halim recipes can be made at home.
Halim recipes can be made in less time with packets bought from the market.
So I use Halim's packet bought from the market.

I will tell you how I made it.
First I boiled it with two cups of water for 5 minutes.
Then I poured the grains of the packet in a big bowl and shook it well with boiling water.
I Covered these grains for an hour.

This time the ingredients for making Halim are 7
1 / half kg of Goat's meat,,
2/6 onions.
3 / one teaspoon chili powder.
4 / one teaspoon turmeric powder.
5 / Salt according to quantity.
6 / one teaspoon cumin powder,
6 / Halim's packet's spice.
7 / half and one teaspoon of garlic paste.

I washed the castrated meat well.
Then I chopped the onion.
I put a pot in the oven and chopped the onion and gave it the same amount of oil.
Onion crumbs until brown
When the onion turned brown, I left some fried onions.
Then add one tablespoon of Goat's meat, pepper, turmeric, cumin, salt and half a teaspoon of garlic paste and stir well.
After 5 minutes, I took out the spices of the packet in a good way ...
I call it with water according to the quantity to boil the meat.

This is how I cook for half an hour.
Then when Halim was cooked, I fried the onion and stirred it well with a spoonful of spices.
I cooked it like this for 5 minutes.
