Assalamu Alaikum friends, I hope everyone is well by the infinite grace of Allah. I'm fine too Alhamdulillah. Today I have presented to you a new recipe. The name of my recipe is 'Roast Arum-lobby with dry fish '. Both Arum-lobby and dry fish have many nutritional qualities. Eating Arum-lobby easily cleans the stomach. Constipation problem is also easily cut and moreover Arum-lobby is a beneficial food for patients with piles. Without further ado, let me see how I came up with this recipe.
Materials:
Arum-lobby
Three small garlic cloves
An onion
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Five of the raw peppers
Half a teaspoon of oil
Amount like salt
Less than half a cup of water
Two pressed dry
A medium-sized piece of rui fish
Cooking process:
First of all, I will clean and wash the Arum-lobby and boil them for a while in a pan with a little water.
When it boils a little, I will take it out of the oven and cut it with the help of a sieve.
Now I will take a pan and put fish, onion powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, oil, half a cup of water and garlic in it and peel it. I will put this mixture in the oven.
After 5 minutes you can see that all the ingredients are mixed together to make a thick broth.
This time I will put the Arum-lobby in the pan and cover it with a lid with two dry fish.
After two minutes, open the lid and you will see that the dried fish are completely boiled. Do not move the Arum-lobby too much while cooking, as it may cause the Arum-lobby to become stale, so it will not be good to eat.
After two more minutes, lower and serve hot.
