Family travel and recipe for soup dumplings

Today we go to #banat one small vilage caled Idjos. There were so many emotions all the way that I can't describe to you. We went to visit my grandfather's uncle with 3 cars, who are still #alive. Last year i lost uncle and first thing when we came was so much tears.... But family need to be together and we will be closed until we all live life.

Yestrday start snow and all road was so beautiful.

We not take all of us pictures because we thinking that this picture need to be taken next year when we all will meat again.

Children was happy and making snowman.

And we eat one great soup with dumpling, so how you all know i am food bloger so i will now share recipe.img_20220109_121820.jpg

Chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil.
Finely grind the liver, add a beaten egg with spices (pepper and salt) and 5 tablespoons of semolina and pretzels (bread crumbs), you can only add semolina, you can only add pretzels, but it is important to put a total of 5 spoons on 1 egg. Mix everything together with the onion.
There will be a little thinner mixture, leave for 15 minutes, form dumplings and cook in the soup.
You can freeze the dumplings and cook them whenever you want, only when you take them out of the freezer, then the dumplings cook longe

What a nice snowman.good share. It's hard to drive when it's snowing. be careful please
