White chickpea curry and Masala

Hello! I am here again with another amazing and healthy recipe for lunch. You can try it with boiled rice. Let's start cooking.

Ingredients:

  1. Onion - 1 medium size
  2. Tomato - 1 medium size
  3. Red chili powder - 1tsp
  4. Salt - according to taste
  5. Water - 1 glass
  6. Cumin 1tsp
  7. Black cardamom - 2
  8. Cinnamon - 1 stick
  9. White chickpeas - 200gm
  10. Oil - 1/2 cup
  11. Green chilies - 2
    Method:
    Take the oil in saucepan, heat it and add sliced onions in it and let it turn golden.

Now add cumin, black cardamom and cinnamon in it.

Fry for 1 minute and then add tomato and green chilies paste in it.

Cook for at least 10 minutes so there is nothing uncooked. Now add red chili powder and salt in it and keep stirring. At this point add boiled white chickpeas in it and saute for 5 minutes.

Add water in it and cover the saucepan for 10 minutes at low flame. After five minutes turn off the flame and sprinkle fresh coriander on it.

Delicious and healthy lunch is ready. If you want in dry form than don't add water in it. Hope you enjoy it and thank you for your support.
