[ESP-ENG] Deliciosa Torta de Chocolate Rellena / Delicious Stuffed Chocolate Cake

Hola queridos amigos de Hive, hoy quiero traerles mi receta de torta de chocolate con relleno de una crema muy rica también de chocolate. En esta oportunidad la voy a decorar con crema de mantequilla de una forma especial.

En esta oportunidad voy a repetir la receta tres veces para que me quede un pastel alto y poderlo decorar de manera que luzca más llamativo y hermoso. Cabe destacar que este pastel no necesita ser refrigerado, puede conservarse a temperatura ambiente.

A continuación, paso a describirles los ingredientes.

Hello dear friends of Hive, today I want to bring you my recipe for a chocolate cake with a very rich cream filling, also made of chocolate. This time I am going to decorate it with butter cream in a special way.

This time I am going to repeat the recipe three times so that I have a tall cake and can decorate it so that it looks more striking and beautiful. It should be noted that this cake does not need to be refrigerated, it can be kept at room temperature.

Next, I will describe the ingredients.

Ingredientes para el Pastel
• 100gr de mantequilla.
• 2 tazas de azúcar.
• 3 huevos (separados).
• 1 cucharadita de vainilla.
• 1/2 taza de leche.
• 4 cucharadas de cacao en polvo.
• 2 tazas de harina leudante.

Es importante que los ingredientes estén a temperatura ambiente, que el cacao y la harina de trigo estén previamente cernida.

Ingredients for the Biscuit
• 100gr of butter.
• 2 cups of sugar.
• 3 eggs (separated).
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
• 1/2 cup of milk.
• 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
• 2 cups of self-rising flour.

It is important that the ingredients are at room temperature, that the cocoa and wheat flour are previously sifted.

Paso 1:
Comenzamos batiendo la mantequilla hasta cremar, añadimos el azúcar e integramos bien, luego vamos agregando las yemas de huevo de una en una, pasamos a agregar la vainilla y la leche. Al estar todo integrado pasamos a añadir la harina cernida y el cacao.

Step 1:
We start by beating the butter until creamy, we add the sugar and integrate well, then we add the egg yolks one by one, we add the vanilla and milk. As everything is integrated, we add the sifted flour and cocoa.



Al estar integrada la mezcla, procedemos a agregar las claras de huevo previamente batidas.

As the mixture is integrated, we proceed to add the previously beaten egg whites.

Paso 2:
Engrasamos y enharinamos un molde de 20 centímetros aproximadamente. Vertemos la mezcla en el molde y llevamos al horno el cual debemos calentar previamente. Dejamos transcurrir una hora aproximadamente, pinchamos el centro con un palito de madera para verificar que está lista.

Step 2:
Grease and flour a mold of approximately 20 centimeters. We pour the mixture into the mold and take it to the oven which we must heat previously. We let about an hour pass, we prick the center with a wooden stick to verify that it is ready.

Retiramos del horno y dejamos reposar hasta que se enfríe.

Remove from the oven and let rest until cool.

Ingredientes para el Relleno*
• 100gr de chocolate de cobertura.
• 500gr de arequipe o dulce de leche.

Ingredients for the stuffing*
• 100gr of chocolate cover.
• 500gr of arequipe.

Calentamos el arequipe en el microondas un minuto y medio. Troceamos el chocolate y lo mezclamos con el arequipe. Movemos hasta integrar bien.

Heat the arequipe in the microwave for a minute and a half. Chop the chocolate and mix it with the arequipe. We move until we integrate well.

Ingredientes para la crema de mantequilla*
• 250gr de manteca vegetal.
• 250gr de mantequilla con sal.
• 2 cucharadas de leche líquida.
• 1 cucharadita de esencia de su preferencia.
• 500gr de azúcar glas o pulverizada.

Ingredients for the buttercream*
• 250gr of vegetable shortening.
• 250gr of butter with salt.
• 2 tablespoons of liquid milk.
• 1 teaspoon of essence of your choice.
• 500gr of icing or powdered sugar.

Paso 3:
Batimos la mantequilla junto con la manteca hasta integrar bien, agregamos el azúcar glas previamente cernida, luego la leche y la esencia y batimos hasta que todo esté bien integrado.

Step 3:
We beat the butter together with the lard until well integrated, we added the previously sifted icing sugar, then the milk and the essence and we beat until everything is well integrated.



Paso 4:
Para el armado en esta ocasión hice tres biscochos que corté a la mitad.

Step 4:
For the assembly this time I made three biscuits that I cut in half.

En una manga pastelera coloqué parte de la crema de mantequilla.

Coloqué la mitad de una de los biscochos en una base para tortas e hice un borde al diámetro del biscocho, luego en el centro esparcí la crema de chocolate, luego coloqué la otra parte del biscocho y le repetí el relleno hasta terminar con los tres biscochos.

In a pastry bag I placed part of the buttercream.

I placed half of one of the biscuits on a cake base and made an edge to the diameter of the biscuit, then in the center I spread the chocolate cream, then I placed the other part of the biscuit and repeated the filling until I finished with the three biscuits.


Paso 5:
Paso a cubrir el pastel con la crema de mantequilla tapando las grietas con una capa fina y llevamos a el refrigerador por 20 minutos para que la crema de mantequilla endurezca y sea más fácil agregar la segunda capa.

Step 5:
I cover the cake with the butter cream, covering the cracks with a thin layer and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes so that the butter cream hardens and it is easier to add the second layer.

Paso 6:
Tomamos un poco de crema de mantequilla y le añadimos colorante de tu preferencia para hacerle unos detalles. También podemos agregar perlitas comestibles y laminas de plata. Aquí es donde nuestra creatividad es protagonista.

Step 6:
We take a little butter cream and add coloring of your choice to make some details. We can also add edible pearls and silver sheets. This is where our creativity is the protagonist.
