Wow good luck with this diet. I hope it works how you want it to. I am on a continous 16/8 fasting routine that I started about a year ago. It's great for me. I have enjoyed numerous benefits I can't ever imagine changing to anything else now.

I so agree, sorry for the late reply but I've been without power and internet for two days due to the windstorm. So happy to hear you do well on the IMF schedule too. I'm believing to drop 40+ lbs by summer. Happy New Year to you Sally.
