Hola chicos, el día de hoy les traigo una receta que seguro los dejará encantados, se trata de una Cheesecake de oreo muy rápida y sencilla de preparar, el postre ideal para los consentidos de la casa.
Hello guys, today I bring you a recipe that will surely leave you delighted, it is a very quick and easy to prepare Oreo Cheesecake, the ideal dessert for the spoiled of the house.
🧁𝓘𝓝𝓖𝓡𝓔𝓓𝓘𝓔𝓝𝓣𝓔𝓢🧁:
◾ 2 paquetes de 24 oreos (48 oreos)
◾ 800g de queso crema
◾ 3 cdas de mantequilla
◾ 10g de gelatina sin sabor
◾ 1/2 taza de azúcar
◾ 1/3 taza de leche
◾ 1 cda de Vainilla
◾ 2 packages of 24 oreos (48 oreos)
◾ 800g cream cheese
◾ 3 tbsp butter
◾ 10g unflavored gelatin
◾ 1/2 cup sugar
◾ 1/3 cup milk
🍰𝓟𝓡𝓔𝓟𝓐𝓡𝓐𝓒𝓘𝓞𝓝🍰:
Paso 1:
Retirar la crema de todas las galletas
Step 1:
Remove the cream from all the cookies
Paso 2:
Triturar las galletas
Step 2:
Crush the cookies
Paso 3:
Mezclar las oreos trituradas con la mantequilla derretida en baño maria.
Step 3:
Mix the crushed oreos with the melted butter in a bain-marie.
Paso 4:
Colocar la mezcla en un molde
Step 4:
Place the mixture in a mold
Paso 5:
Cocinar a fuego medio durante 10 min el queso crema junto con la crema de las galletas oreo. Agregar 1/3 taza de leche tibia, 10g de gelatina sin sabor, 1/2 taza de azúcar y 1 cda de vainilla.
Step 5:
Cook over medium heat for 10 min the cream cheese together with the cream of the oreo cookies. Add 1/3 cup of warm milk, 10g of unflavored gelatin, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tbsp of vanilla.
Paso 6:
Verter la mezcla en el molde y refrigerar durante 4h.
Step 6:
Pour the mixture into the mold and refrigerate for 4 hours.
