Hi culinary friends, it's been really hard to get a signal or network in my area for a few days now, and today I saw a good network, so I immediately posted this post.

Martabak is a very typical food in my area. The most well-known martabak is made from tepeung. However, this time I won't be making martabak from flour, but rather from Indomie mixed with eggs, making it a very special dish.

So, if you have a lot of Indomie at home, make this noodle martabak recipe I'm sharing. I saw this recipe in my office canteen; they often make instant noodles into martabak like this. I think this instant noodle dish can be combined with various other foods, making it a delicious meal, even with such simple ingredients.

Meanwhile, others would never guess that this is made from instant noodles and eggs combined.

So, if you are curious about how I made it, just follow the steps that I will share in my post today.

The first time I opened the Indomie package and I broke 2 eggs, then I put the eggs in a container and beat the eggs until they were evenly mixed.

RESULTS

Taraaa...
This is the final result, a very beautiful result, isn't it? Once it was cooked, I started cutting it into small squares like this, so it was easy to enjoy.

With its crispy outside and crunchy inside, I'm addicted to this noodle martabak. And it turns out that besides being made from flour, this noodle martabak is also incredibly delicious.

I dipped it in spicy chili sauce. I deliberately chose a spicy sauce. I think it pairs perfectly with this martabak.

There are many martabak flavors available, but I think this Indomie version is especially delicious. If you don't believe me, try it once; I guarantee you'll enjoy this snack.

Hey, Ryana! Thanks for sharing this recipe! It looks like a very tasty meal, and not that complicated to prepare... Which sounds like something that even I could do... Hehehehe...

I remember my mom was doing something similar when I was a child, but I can't remember the exact name... But, I do remember that she did similar steps to you, but instead of cooking it in oil, she put it in the oven and baked it! It was also crispy outside, but maybe not that crunchy on the inside... But I loved it!

This is very similar to something called ‘Mai- shai’ in Nigeria😅
Almost the same process and it looks great!
