Indomie or commonly called instant noodles, which is very popular in Indonesia, and is very much in demand by Indonesian people and people from other countries, as well as me, I also really like this Indomie, but I always cook Indomie by combining Indomie with my favorite vegetables, such as kale, have you ever, cooking indomie using water spinach? Usually I see indomie using mustard greens or lettuce, but this time it's a little different, I use water spinach to make my indomie this time. and I'm very sure it tastes very good, because this is not the first time I've made indomie with water spinach.

So today it was raining heavily in my place, and coincidentally my stomach felt very hungry, at home there was no food in the refrigerator, there was only 1 soto flavored Indomie, one egg and 1 bunch of kale, so I just created it with the ingredients in my refrigerator, hehehe
Curious about the taste, let's follow me, I will share the steps to make my version of Indomie,Because there is often a lot of water spinach at home, so I often make Indomie with water spinach, sometimes I only use half a pack of Indomie and more water spinach, in my opinion, water spinach plus indomie seasoning has its own delicious taste than cooking stir-fried water spinach as usual. Especially if there is shrimp at home, I definitely also add shrimp to the Indomie so that it tastes more savory and sweet.

I highly recommend this Indomie with water spinach, besides being delicious, it is also healthy because it contains vegetables. Usually, I cook noodles with lots of vegetables in it, not just noodles. For me, Indomie without vegetables feels like something is missing. Do you feel the same way?
