Sri Lankan Style Carrot Curry

Dear Hive Folks,
Hope all of you are enjoying a fabulous weekend with your families.
Me too is enjoying a good weekend with my husband. But I found the time to do a special Sri lankan Carrot Curry for you all.

Ingredients
250 gr Carrots
1/4 B.Onion chopped
1 green chilli chopped
12 nos of curry leaves
3 pieces pandon leaves
1 tea spoon of curry powder
1/4 tea spoon turmeric
1/4 tea spoon mustard cream
1/2 tea spoon salt
200 ml Thin coconut milk
100 ml thick coconut milk

Method
First cut the stem and clean the carrots and wash it well. According to the picture slice the carrots put it in a pan.

Now add B.Onion, green chillies, curry leaves and pandon leaves.

Secondly add curry powder, tumeric, mustard cream and salt.

Add the thin coconut milk mix it well and keep it on the fire.

When the curry is reducing add the thick coconut milk and keep it for few minutes.

When it is ready take it down.

As the curry is ready transfer it to a curry bowl and send it to the table.
