How To Prepare Sauted Mushrooms (Hathu)

Hello , my dear Hive friends,
Today I am going to show you how to prepare Sauted mushrooms. We are preparing mushrooms in different ways. Also We have various types of mushrooms in Sri Lanka. There are many types of mushrooms that grows naturally. Let's see how to prepare sauted mushrooms.

Ingredients
200 gr mushrooms
1/2 B.Onion sliced
1 green chilli chopped
10 nos of curry leaves
3 pieces of pandon leaves
1 small piece of ginger crushed
2 cloves of Garlic crushed
1 1/2 tea spoons of chilli pieces
1/4 tea spoon pepper powder
Dash of tumaric
1 tea spoon salt
3 table spoons of oil

Method
First wash the mushrooms well and shred it as shown in the picture.

Take a pan and add 500 ml water and salt keep it on fire.

When the water is boiling add the shreded mushrooms .

After few minutes take it to a strainer rinse the water well and put it to a plate. .photocollage_1648813592026.jpg
Now take a pan add oil and keep it on fire. When the oil is heating add ginger and garlic and mix well.

Add B.Onion, green chillies, curry leaves and pandon leaves.

Add chilli pieces, pepper powder, tumaric and balance salt.

Finally add the shreded boiled mushrooms and mix well.

Now the dish is ready for presentation.
