Rollitos Primavera / Spring rolls

Hola amigos de Hive espero se encuentren bien, me encuentro un poco desaparecida porque el trabajo me ha mantenido ocupada, me encuentro en un proceso donde estoy dejando de comer proteína animal, desde hace tiempo quería hacer estos rollitos pero no me daba tiempo.

Hello friends of Hive, I hope you are well, I feel a bit missing because work has kept me busy, I am in a process where I am giving up eating animal protein, I have wanted to make these rolls for a long time but I did not have time.

Ingredientes :
1/2 cebolla.
1 trozo de pimenton.
2 champiñones.
1 ajo.
1/2 zanahoria.
1 pedazo de repollo.

Para la masa:
1 taza de harina.
1 chorrito de aceite.
Sal.
Agua.

Ingredients :
1/2 onion.
1 piece of paprika.
2 mushrooms.
1 garlic.
1/2 carrot.
1 piece of cabbage.

For the mass:
1 cup of flour.
1 splash of oil.
Salt.
Water.

Preparación:

  1. Cortar los vegetales en juliana. Mezclar la harina con el aceite, la sal y el agua y amasar hasta tener una masa suave.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the vegetables in julienne. Mix the flour with the oil, salt and water and knead until you have a smooth dough.

  1. Sofreír primero el ajo sin que se queme.

  2. First fry the garlic without burning it.

  1. Luego agregamos los champiñones y revolvemos un par de minutos.

  2. Then add the mushrooms and stir for a couple of minutes.

  1. Procedemos a agregar los demás vegetales, le echamos un chorrito de salsa de soya y dejamos cocinar hasta que los vegetales se cocinen bien.

  2. We proceed to add the other vegetables, add a splash of soy sauce and let cook until the vegetables are cooked well.

  1. Estiramos la masa y cortamos cuadrados de 12cm aproximadamente, colocamos el relleno en la orilla y procedemos a doblar, sellando la punta con un poco de aceite para que no se abran.

  2. Stretch the dough and cut approximately 12cm squares, place the filling on the edge and proceed to fold, sealing the end with a little oil so that they do not open.

  1. Freímos hasta que este dorado por ambos lados y listo!

  2. Fry until golden on both sides and that's it!
