Hola amigos de Hive, el día de hoy prepare un rico guiso de pollo con berenjenas y Arroz con champiñones, les comparto mi receta.
Ingredientes :
1/2 pechuga de pollo.
1/2 berenjena.
1/2 zanahoria.
1/2 cebolla.
1 taza de Arroz.
3 champiñones.
Sal al gusto.
Preparación del pollo:
Cortamos el pollo en tiras y lo ponemos a sofreír en un poco de aceite.
Cortamos la cebolla en juliana, rayamos la zanahoria, cortamos la berenjena en cubos e incorporamos a la cazuela con el pollo, colocar sal al gusto.
Colocamos una taza de agua, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos aproximadamente.
Preparación del Arroz :
En una olla agregamos un poco de aceite e incorporamos la taza de arroz, revolvemos e incorporamos los champiñones cortados en láminas, agregamos el agua tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 20 minutos.
Una vez listo servimos caliente.

Ingredients :
1/2 chicken breast.
1/2 eggplant.
1/2 carrot.
1/2 onion.
1 cup of rice.
3 mushrooms.
Salt to taste.
Chicken preparation:
Cut the chicken into strips and fry them in a little oil.
Cut the onion into julienne strips, grate the carrot, cut the aubergine into cubes and add to the pan with the chicken, add salt to taste.
Place a cup of water, cover and let cook for approximately 15 minutes.
Rice preparation:
In a pot add a little oil and add the cup of rice, stir and add the sliced mushrooms, add the water, cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
Once ready, serve hot.
