Hola amigos de Hive después de un tiempo perdida aparecí nuevamente, hoy les vengo a compartir la receta de las empanadas chilenas de pino típicas de este país para celebrar las fiestas patrias 🇨🇱

Hello friends of Hive, after a long time lost I appeared again, today I am here to share the recipe for Chilean pine empanadas typical of this country to celebrate the national holidays🇨🇱

Los ingredientes son:
3 cebollas grandes.
250 gr de carne molida.
Comino.
Ají color.
Sal.
Orégano.
500 gramos de harina.
180 gramos de manteca.
2 tazas de agua.
3 huevos.
Aceitunas.
Pasas.

The ingredients are:
3 large onions.
250 gr of ground meat.
Cumin.

Oregano.
500 grams of flour.
180 grams of butter.
2 cups of water.
3 eggs.
olives.
Raisins

Preparacion:

Cortamos las cebollas en cubo y las dejamos en un envase con agua caliente por 20 minutos para que bote toda la acidez.

En una olla caliente colocamos las cebollas por 5 minutos sin dejar que se doren, luego agregamos la carne molida y revolvemos, dejamos cocinar por 10 minutos.

Luego colocamos los condimentos, revolvemos y dejamos cocinar por 5 minutos más, rectificamos el sabor y dejamos enfriar.

Para la masa mezclamos la harina, la manteca y el agua hasta unir todos los ingredientes y formar una masa fácil de manejar.

Preparation:

Cut the onions into cubes and leave them in a container with hot water for 20 minutes to remove all the acidity.

In a hot pot place the onions for 5 minutes without letting them brown, then add the ground beef and stir, let cook for 10 minutes.

Then we put the condiments, stir and let cook for 5 more minutes, rectify the flavor and let cool.

For the dough, mix the flour, butter and water until all the ingredients come together and form an easy-to-handle dough.


Una vez que este frío el pino estiramos la masa y cortamos círculos de 15 cm aproximadamente.

Agregamos 1 cucharada de pino un pedazo de huevo 2 aceitunas y pasas y cerramos, repetimos hasta acabar el guiso y la masa.

Sírvase acompañado de pebre y un vino chileno.

Once the pine is cold, stretch the dough and cut circles of approximately 15 cm.

Add 1 tablespoon of pine, a piece of egg, 2 olives and raisins and close, repeat until the stew and dough are finished.

Serve accompanied by pebre and a Chilean wine.
