Hola amigos de Hive, no se si a ustedes les pasa pero a mi me aburre comer siempre lo mismo, por eso me la paso buscando o inventando recetas para variar siempre.
El día de hoy les traigo unas albóndigas de pollo en salsa de tomate para aquellos que como a mi casi no les gusta la carne de res acompañadas con arroz y unos chips de papa.

Today I bring you some chicken meatballs in tomato sauce for those who, like me, hardly like beef accompanied with rice and some potato chips.
Ingredientes :
1/2 pechuga
1/2 cebolla
1/4 de pimenton
1 diente de ajo
Unas ramitas de cilantro
Sal
1/2 zanahoria
Ingredients :
1/2 breast
1/2 onion
1/4 paprika
1 clove garlic
a few sprigs of coriander
Salt
1/2 carrot
Preparacion :
En un procesador de alimentos colocamos el pollo y los aliños cortados en trozos pequeños y trituramos, una Vez tenemos la mezcla lista los mezclamos con la zanahoria rallada.

In a food processor we place the chicken and the dressings cut into small pieces and grind, once we have the mixture ready we mix them with the grated carrot.
Una vez que este todo mezclado hacemos nuestras bolitas hasta terminar toda la mezcla.
Una vez terminado en una olla con aceite colocamos a freír nuestras albóndigas 2 minutos por cada lado hasta que sellen.
Agregamos la salsa de tomate, tapamos y dejamos cocinar por 15 minutos.
Servir una vez que estén listas acompañadas de arroz y chips de papa.
Once everything is mixed, we make our little balls until we finish all the mixture.
Once finished, in a pot with oil, fry our meatballs for 2 minutes on each side until they seal.
Add the tomato sauce, cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
Serve once they are ready accompanied by rice and potato chips.
