Hoy quería hacer mi primer post en esta comunidad con esta receta fácil y deliciosa. Les cuento que esta comida es el desayuno favorito de mi pareja y quería complacerlo, y así aprovechar de mostrarles lo fácil y sencillo que es hacerlo.

Today I wanted to make my first post in this community with this easy and delicious recipe. I tell you that this food is my partner's favorite breakfast and I wanted to please him, and thus show you how easy and simple it is.

Perico venezolano - Venezuelan parakeet

INGREDIENTES:

• 2 Huevos
• Medio tomate/ media cebolla.
• Condimentos: Oregano- Onoto- Sabroceador- Sal.
• Mortadela o Jamón.

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 Eggs
• Half tomato / half onion.
• Mortadella or Ham.
• Condiments: Salt - Oregano - Onoto.

● Paso 1 - Step 1:

• Cortar en cubos pequeños el tomate y la cebolla.
• Cut the tomato and onion into small cubes

● Paso 2 - Step 2:

En una sartén previamente calentada con aceite vegetal, agregue la cebolla y el tomate previamente picados. Dejamos esto de 2 a 3 minutos, hasta que se doren un poco.

In a pan previously heated with vegetable oil, add the onion and tomato previously chopped. We leave this for 2 to 3 minutes, until they brown a little

● Paso 3 - Step 3:

• Agregamos la mortadela en pequeños trozos y los condimentos al gusto .

Add the mortadella in small pieces and seasonings to taste

● Paso 4 - Step 4:

• En un bowl agregamos los 2 huevos, batimos y le colocamos un poquito de sal al gusto. Agregamos ésto al sarten y lo dejamos al fuego hasta que los huevos este cocidos.

In a bowl we add the 2 beaten eggs and add a little salt to taste. We add this to the pan and leave it on the fire until the eggs are cooked.
