spicy shredded chicken (ayam suwir pedas )

Hi friends, I have posted again because I haven't posted for a long time, today I will share my newest menu, which is shredded chicken with rice, you can try it at home, make it more and more hehe
okay, let's prepare the spices first
1: chicken filet
2: onion
3: garlic
4: red chili
5: cayenne pepper
6: tomato
7 : lime leaf
8: bay leaf
9 : pecan
10: galangal

second step
Shred the chicken like the picture above, it depends on your taste, it's okay

third step
prepare the spices to be mashed

fourth step
puree the spices can be pulverized or blended like the picture above

fifth step
add enough oil to saute the seasoning
saute the spices until fragrant

Don't forget the galangal and lime leaves, bay leaves, enter it
sixth step
add the shredded chicken, the spices that we have stir-fried, add a little water, wait until the water boils

and the last step
serve it when it's a bit sour, the water is on the plate then neatly arranged and ready to eat the shredded chicken
