Omelette with vegetables - Tortilla de huevo con vegetales

Hola amigos, esta es mi primera receta. Esta mañana quise hacer un desayuno rápido y económico.

Hello friends, this is my first recipe. This morning I wanted to make a quick and inexpensive breakfast.

Ingredientes:

• 3 huevos
• ½ tomate
• ¼ de cebolla
• Un trozo de ají
• Pimiento rojo
• Dos lonjas de jamón

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs
• ½ tomato
• ¼ onion
• A piece of chili
• Red pepper
• Two slices of ham

Tomé 3 huevos de la nevera y tres vegetales al azar: tomates, cebolla, ají verde, pimiento rojo.

I took 3 eggs from the fridge and three random vegetables: tomatoes, onion, green and red pepper.

Precalentamos el sartén a fuego medio con un poco de aceite.

Preheat the pan over medium heat with a little oil.

Picamos los vegetales en pequeños cubos.

We chop the vegetables into small cubes.

Empezamos sofriendo la cebolla por 1 minuto aprox.

We start frying the onion for about 1 minute.

Luego le agregamos los demás vegetales.

Then we add the other vegetables.

Luego de 3 minutos añadimos el jamón.

After 3 minutes we add the ham.

Batimos los huevos y le agregamos sal y pimienta al gusto.

We beat the eggs and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cuando todo ya haya soltado su sabor, le echamos los huevos batidos.

When everything has released its flavor, we add the beaten eggs.

Lo tapamos durante por 2 minutos antes de voltearlo.

We cover it for 2 minutes before turning it over.

Le damos la vuelta al huevo ayudandonos de un plato de una circunferencia mayor al del sartén.

We turn the omelette using a plate with a greater circumference than the pan.

Lo servimos en un plato y disfrutamos.

We serve it on a plate and enjoy.
