I love cooking in the fryer because I don't have to worry about the food burning and it's also much healthier. This time I made delicious mustard wings with salad and french fries. In this post, I will share with you how I prepared the wings.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp of mustard
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper
- Garlic powder
- Parsley powder
Difficulty: Easy - Cooking time: 45 min - Brentwood Air Fryer
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Season the wings with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
- Add the mustard and mix with a spoon.
- Add the oil and mix.
- Let stand for a few minutes while preheating the fryer.
- Put the wings in the air fryer for 35 minutes at 400°F.
ADITIONAL NOTES
You can add honey to the mixture if you like and you will get a sweet and sour taste. This time I didn't do it because I forgot.

Me encanta cocinar en la freidora porque no tengo que preocuparme de que la comida se queme y además es mucho más sano. Esta vez he preparado unas deliciosas alitas a la mostaza con ensalada y patatas fritas. En este post, compartiré con vosotros cómo preparé las alitas.
INGREDIENTES
- 2 cucharadas de mostaza
- 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal
- Sal al gusto
- Pimienta
- Ajo en polvo
- Perejil en polvo
**Dificultad: Fácil. Tiempo de cocción: 45 minutos.
INSTRUCCIONES:
- Sazona las alitas con sal, pimienta, ajo y perejil.
- Añadir la mostaza y mezclar con una cuchara.
- Añadir el aceite y mezclar.
- Dejar reposar unos minutos mientras se precalienta la freidora.
- Poner las alitas en la freidora durante 35 minutos a 400°F.
NOTAS ADICIONALES
Puedes añadir miel a la mezcla si quieres y conseguirás un sabor agridulce. Esta vez no lo hice porque se me olvidó.

Your recipe of chicken wings are my favourite recipe because I like chicken more. You made this recipe in normal timing, not long time, especially I like your simple cooking method mean you used fryer , it is so healthy for us. Also you share recipe briefly. You made chicken wings so tasty. I have a fast , otherwise I come to you and taste your recipe. You cooked it very well. Its taste are more better when you add Honey.
