Simple Vegan Recipe | Cauliflower Curry with Parsley and Rice

Hi guys, Hope you are all doing well. These days I am eating too much heavy food and that was bothering me a bit. So, I thought of cooking some light food and what can be better than some vegetables and rice. Today I cooked cauliflower curry with parsley. I hope you will like it. So, lets not wait.

Ingredients

  • cauliflower
  • parsley
  • onion
  • chili powder
  • turmeric powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • bay leaves

Process


Let's chop the cauliflower, onion and parsley in fine pieces. It's very important as we need things too cook evenly with same concentration. Then we need to put the fry pan on the stove and heat it up, pour some oil. Put some bay leaf and black pepper in it.

Add some onion and parley and fry it until they turned a bit brown and then add the spices and the cauliflower in it. Then mix them very well, add water in it and put the lid on.

Now, cook it for 15 to 20 minutes in medium heat and mix sometimes. Then add the rest of the parsley and cook another 5 minutes and let it rest.

Now once rested well and juicy, you can serve in a plate alongside rice. Thats it for now. Hope you will have a nice time guys.
