Bhindi is a healthy summer vegetable that can be cooked in various forms. The crunchiness in bhindi masala makes it a good choice for main course as well as can be eaten as a snack. My recipe is a little different from what people usually make, it’s a special recipe which requires curd, a kind of rare ingredient for bhindi lovers. But it tastes like heaven. Try this one!!
Ingredients ⬇️
Okra (Bhindi) - 200 gram
Red/ green chillies- 2-3 slightly cut from front
Curd - 1 cup
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2tsp
Hing- pinch of
Curry leaves- 6-7
Mustard oil- 3-4 tsp
Mustard Seeds- 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
