Ingredients:
1 apple
170 gr of ricotta
honey
cinnamon to taste
pine nuts to taste
almonds to taste
pastry
Take a bowl, and pour in the ricotta, diced apple, honey and cinnamon.
Add the pine nuts and almonds and mix well.
Roll out the pastry and make some discs, which you will fill in the middle, and then close them with another overlapping disc. Close them well and put them in the oven ...
Once cooked, serve by pouring honey and cinnamon on it..😋
