Here I am friends, how about a fanciful idea to prepare aubergines? My creativity got the better of me π here I am eager to offer you a delicious alternative to cordonbleu made with meat since these are made of aubergine π stuffed with slices and cooked ham.
PROCEDURE: thinly cut a slice of eggplant
π stuff with a piece of thin slices and cooked ham
π overlap another slice and proceed to breading:
πΆ first in the flour
πΆ then in the egg
πΆ last in the breadcrumbs.
πΆ Cooking in the oven at 180 for 10 minutes (I use a wood oven) but if you like you can also FRY them π
π They are really tasty, I highly recommend them π
