Marinate 1 pound of Beef for Fajitas (or any other steak meat, cut into strips), with
3 tbs oil
4 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon corn starch
Marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
Slice thinly 3 colors of Bell Peppers.
Cut 1 broccoli bunch into small pieces.
Heat 1 tbs of oil in a large wok and cook the meat for about 7 minutes.
Remove the meat from the wok and cover it. Then add 1 more tbs of oil, add the vegetables, season with salt to taste, 1 tbs of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon ginger.
Cook for about 5 minutes, but don’t overcook.
Put the meat back to the wok.
Mix 1/2 cup of water with 2 teaspoon of corn starch and add it to the wok.
Mix well.
Add 2 boxes of cooked ramen noodles (or any other noodles) and
1/4 cup of soy sauce.
Mix well and enjoy!
