2 pounds dark chicken, marinated with:
3 tbs olive oil, juice of 2 limes, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce, 1 tbs onion powder, 1 tbs garlic powder, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon salt.
Make a Salsa: 1 bunch cilantro(chopped), 2 avocados (diced), 2 mangoes (diced), 1 large red onion(chopped), lemon juice, olive oil, pink Himalayan salt.
Grill the chicken on the stove grill.
Make wraps with lettuce (I used Romain) and the salsa.

This is by far one of the best dishes that I would like to try when I get back in my hometown.
