After staying home for some time, I felt the need for junk food taste. Unfortunately, there is no place to buy fast food around my area. So I decided to make something similar at home.
I am not a person who cooks very often (I still live with my parents) but rarely I do very good things :). When checking the refrigerator I found that some chicken was available. So I decided to make chicken sandwiches in a street food way.
This is my first time making a chicken sandwich and I used my own recipe. I used chicken, onion, and tomato as ingredients.
I simply chopped onion and tomato into squares and added some pepper and green chile and placed it aside. Then the time was to cook chicken.
I wanted the chicken to be a bit spicy so I put chicken for 10min to marinade and then cooked it well. Then cut them further smaller pieces that are suitable to add to the sandwich.
Then again I fried the chicken with some garlic and later added more chili flakes to spice it up. Preparing chicken took the biggest time of the work. Sametime I toast two sides of bread with the applied mayonnaise on one side.
Once already I placed chopped onion and tomato on the bread with chicken. Finally added tomato sauce on the filling to make it close to street food taste. The mixture came super well and it was super delicious. I didn't take any photos of the output because there was no power when I finish the work. But I am really proud of my very first chicken sandwich.
