Materiales que necesitamos para la elaboración de nuestra torta:
1 kilo de harina de trigo
1 papelón
2 huevos
1 vaso de café puro
Vainilla
1 canela en polvo
1 clavitos
Materials we need to make our cake:

Iniciamos con la preparación de nuestra torta :
Lo primero que debemos realizar es colocar el papelón a derretir en una olla con 500 ML de agua,para ayudar a que derrita más rápido picamos el papelón en trozos

Luego mientras se derrite el papelón ,le agregamos la mitad de la canela en polvo y la mitad de clavitos para que vaya agarrando más gusto

Luego agregamos a dónde vamos a batir la torta los dos huevos con un poquito de azúcar para que tenga ese toque

Luego que agregamos los huevos a la mezcla continuamos batiendo ,y pasamos a agregar harina de trigo

Una vez que el papelón se haya derretido ,lo baje y dejé enfriar en otro envase ,y comencé a agregar a la mezcla

Pasamos a agregar a la mezcla el vaso de café puro y el toque de vainilla ,y mezclamos nuevamente

Luego que tengamos nuestra mezcla lista ,engrase la tortera y agregue harina para que no se pegará la torta al llevarla a cocinar ,luego que la tortera este lista agregamos la mezcla

Luego pasamos a cocinar ,les comenté antes que es un horno improvisado ,es decir que la torta está cocida a fogón ,tomamos una olla o Paila más grande que nuestra tortera ,y dentro de esta olla metemos una piedra recta para colocar encima de ella la tortera para que no quede pegando de la olla ,luego tapamos y encima de la tapa agregamos carbones encendidos para que está cociné por el medio con el calor de los carbones ,por ser suficiente candela nuestra torta estará lista en menos de 45 minutos ,al pasar la media hora revisamos que ya debe estar lista
