My mom was not at home. I was alone at home. One of my uncle was ill and hospitalized .So my mom went a see him in the hospital ,My mom couldn’t cook for us, As situation was very tough. So when I came to home I was hungry and didn’t understand what to do .My mom called me and told me to buy something from the restaurant or order from the online . But I was not interested to order or buy from the restaurant. So I made up plan to cook myself. I opened the fridge and found Kafru Fish. So I took the fish and proceed it. Then I cooked it. During cooking I was not thought of writing a blog . So, I didn’t take the photos during cooking. After the fish curry being prepared I took rice and some cucumber and lemon as it’s a must for my meal.I war so hungry.So I finished it In just a minutes. And it was like a nectar to me.
Recipe: Karfu Fish Charchari
Ingredients: Fresh fish from a river, Salt to taste, Oil 1/2 cup, Chopped onion 1 bowl, Raw chili 5/8, Garlic paste 1 spoon, Ginger paste 1/2 spoon, Onion paste 2 spoon, Cumin paste 1 spoon, Yellow powder 1/2 spoon, Red chili powder 1 spoon.
Prepared dish: Cut the fish well, wash it and shake off the water. Then spread it with salt and turmeric powder. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the fish until light red. When the fishes are fried, I will keep them in a bowl. Then add a little more oil to the oil in the pan and add chopped onion and fry until light brown, add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, red chilli powder, yellow powder and a little water and grind the masala. When the masala is cooked, add the fried fish to it. Now I will shake the curry well with a little water and cut some salt and raw chillies in between and cover it for 10 minutes. After about 10 minutes, the curry is done. This time serve as per your choice.
