You guessed it right...another easy to make recipe which I made couple of days back!

Chicken Wontons!
Wontons, dimsum, dumplings are among the most favorite food of many, not only our Asian friends!

In the past, I was always buying from outside...but since now we have the necessary products available, I prepare everything at home itself.
Let me show you how I make my chicken Wontons!
First you have to finely mince the chicken breast or any other meat or fish/seafood you like.
Season with:
Garlic paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, chopped coriander leaves and corn starch!
Mix everything together until you get the below result.
Add more corn starch if you feel the mixture is too wet!
Next
Take your wonton sheets - I got it from someone making them at his place, and peel/separate them one by one!
Add a small spoon of the chicken mixture in the middle of the sheet.
Fold the sheet in half as you can see below!
To get things done quicker...complete this folding step first...then move on to the next step!
Next
Wet the left corner of the sheet with little water!
Then take the right corner and stick it on the left wet corner.
Press well and place on a large recipient.
And here they are...all is ready!
Made nearly 100pcs in less than an hour or so!
If you get difficulty making them this shape...
No worries
You can shape them in any forms you want! Simply make sure the chicken filling is well inside!
You can either deep fry or steam them for eating!
But make sure to not forget a nice spicy sauce and a broth for the steamed ones!
The fried ones, need only a chili dip!
