✅1/8 t xanthan gum
✅1/8 t gelatin
✅100g allulose
✅20g whey protein isolate
✅1T vanilla extract
✅Pinch of salt
✅8-10 drops liquid stevia OR 2t monk fruit (I did a small amount of each)
✅1 c heavy cream
✅1/2 c cold filtered water
✅2 egg yolks
Whisk liquid ingredients and combine dry ingredients in a separate container.
Combine mixtures and whip until consistency of melted milkshake.
Freeze in ice cream freezer and then move to freezer for 3+ hours.
Mine came out wonderfully scoopable and two taste testers didn’t know it was sugar-free.
