Intro
Yesterday I told my mom about Hive and how people share their cooking experiences. She liked the idea since she is a passionate cook and enjoys photography. I think we can expect to see more of her exotic cooking adventures in the near future.
Growing up I had the plesure to taste all of her cooking experiments from iranian saffron chicken to african "BaguBagu".
Being young and used to her efforts I took a lot for granted but as I grew older I started to realise and apreciate the effort, time and passion that went into it.
Cooking is her hobby, it brings her joy and allows her to be creativ, but she also wanted to feed her childreen with the best food she could afford.
Thank you Mama <3
Ingredients
- 50 grams of parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
- 151 grams of olives
- 1 tablespoon of blood orange marmelade (you can also use fresh blood oranges)
Preparation
- Mix it up
boil your noodles of choice
get 2 spoons and one fork - honestly I dont know why she send me that photo.
Maybe just skip that step...
- put it all together, add some extra cheese, olive oil and polish it up with pepper and salt
Let us know if you have tried it, something was unclear and if you would like these to be translated into spanish as well.
My spanish skills are school taught but my Dad is fluent in spanish and may be able to translate some. Russian translation would also be an option if you like to have it:)
Next week Ponti Dad will cook either chicken in red wine sauce or something with duck.
Enjoy your food.
