Ha ha ha, I guess we all do it our own way. I just find it easier in a strainer. Unless you only have a strainer with bigger holes that the rice falls out. 😂

!LOL That would've been a hassle yeah 😂.

Oh and there's a lesson from my elders to collect the washed water and throw it as a "fertilizer" on fruit trees, which will stimulate the growth of the fruits. Never tried it though, mostly because I forget to collect the water.

Another home remedy is to use it to wash the hair, so it grows shiny and beautiful. Definitely not tried that.

That's interesting, I hadn't heard that before about the rice water!

Yeah, it's what they call "old wife's tales" or whatever.

I think it's an Asian remedy that's started to become a bit popular. I've recently seen some YouTubers try it out washing their hair with it. They had some positive results, with the exception of not smelling that great 🙈.

I really want to buy one of those grocery checkout dividers
