🔷 Pasos a seguir:

Cocoa and chocolate chips pudding 🧁

Special for days when we want to eat something very tasty for breakfast or a snack!

It is a really fluffy and moist pudding, it is not cloying because it is made with bitter cocoa and the touch of chocolate chips really makes the whole recipe incredibly rich and balanced. It is perfect for those moments when we want something very chocolatey! 🍫

Separadores-52.png

🔷 Ingredientes we will need:

Ingredient Quantity
Flour 300gr
Sugar 250gr
Melted butter 100gr
Unsweetned cocoa 50gr
Eggs 2
Milk 250ml
Vinager 15ml
Vanilla As much as you want
Baking powder 2 tbsp
Chocolate chips 200gr

It is an easy recipe to make, ideal for beginners. It will only take us approximately 15 minutes to prepare and it should be in the oven between 40 and 50 minutes, at 180 °.

Note: If your oven gets too hot, keep in mind to set it a little lower to prevent the preparation from being snatched.

🔷 Steps:

1. Preheat the oven and have all the ingredients on the table

The famous * misanplas *, as professional chefs and pastry chefs call it, is, neither more nor less, than having all the ingredients and elements that we will need on the counter, to be able to access them quickly and that the recipe is not affected by any mishap.

In this step, it is also essential that we preheat the oven. Remember to turn it to 180 ° for a minimum of 15 minutes before baking the pudding.

2. Getting our buttermilk ready

This step consists of mixing the milk with the vinegar and letting it rest for at least 10 minutes.

You will see how, little by little, the milk is cut by the effect of the acidity of the vinegar. We do not have to fear this, since it is what we are looking for and you will not feel the taste of vinegar in the preparation.

3. Mix the liquids

In this step, we will mix the sugar with the liquid elements: the melted butter, the eggs and the buttermilk that we have already let rest.

thumbnail_IMG_8568.jpg

We must make sure to integrate everything correctly, since we have different densities in the liquids that could cause them not to be integrated with a simple mixing.

4. Add the dry ones

Once we have our liquid preparation, we must add the flour and cocoa little by little. The idea is to sift them to ensure that no lumps remain in the mixture, in addition to adding them in two batches to be able to partially integrate in the middle.

This step is very important, since we must ensure that no lumps. At the end, we should have a homogeneous and silky mixture, like this:

5. Add the chocolate chips

This step may seem very simple, but it has an additional addition that prevents it from sinking to the bottom of the preparation when baking.

We must mix two tablespoons of flour with the chocolate chips before adding them to the mixture:

thumbnail_IMG_8573.jpg

After making sure that the chips are covered in flour, we can integrate again into the preparation:

5. Pour into the mold

Once we have everything ready, we must flour and butter the mold where we want to bake it and carefully pour the mixture.

thumbnail_IMG_8579.jpg

It is important that we do not fill the mold to the top, since the pudding will grow and we do not want it to overflow in the oven (believe me, no one wants to clean that later).

We leave it there for around 40 or 50 minutes, we must check it from time to time and, once we insert a wooden toothpick and it comes out dry, the pudding will be ready for us to remove it.

6. Enjoy!

In five easy steps, we have a fantastic pudding to eat!

Now, to enjoy it!
