Estimadas amigos y amigo de la comunidad HIVE, En esta ocasión les presentare un plato típico de la ciudad donde resido actualmente, coro estado falcón. Venezuela, Ciudad desértica y de viento, por lo que la cría de estos animalitos es abundante, este plato es un cabrito aliñado y horneado,

Dear friends and friends of the HIVE community, This time I will present a typical dish of the city where I currently reside, coro falcon state. Venezuela, desert and windy city, so the breeding of these animals is abundant, this dish is a kid seasoned and baked,

Para la preparación de este plato lo primero es seleccionar las presas, lavarlas y macerar en vino rojo y rodajas de papa,

To prepare this dish, the first thing to do is to select the prey, wash it and macerate it in red wine and potato slices,

Pico en cuadritos muy pequeños los siguientes ingredientes: Pimentón rojo, pimentón verde, ají dulce, cebollín, ajo porro, cebolla, perejil, y añado a bandeja de fondo.

I chop the following ingredients into very small cubes: Red paprika, green paprika, sweet chilli, spring onion, garlic, onion, parsley, and add to bottom pan.

Una vez unidos los ingredientes al cabrito, coloco la aceituna y alcaparra cortadas en cuadros y el ajo,

En esta oportunidad agrego la sal y la comino, el ajo triturado y sigo revolviendo hasta unir todos los ingredientes.

Por ultimo y como punto tradicional el orégano, es lo que se usa para estos platos de la región.

Para finalizar con mi plato típico con es el cabrito, llevo al horno por un lapso de 1 hora y 1/2.
