Hello FBH's, my name is Zeal and I am from Nigeria.
Let me tell you guys a little bit about our foods...

Nigerian cuisine is diverse and rich in flavor, incorporating a variety of spices and ingredients. Some popular Nigerian dishes include:

Jollof Rice: A one-pot rice dish cooked in a tomato-based sauce with vegetables and sometimes meat or fish.

Egusi Soup: A thick soup made with ground melon seeds, vegetables, and meat or fish.

Suya: A popular street food made with skewered and grilled meat, usually beef or chicken, seasoned with a spicy peanut sauce.

Akara: Deep-fried bean cakes made with black-eyed peas, onions, and spices.

Pounded Yam: A staple dish made by boiling yam and then pounding it into a smooth dough-like consistency, served with soups or stews.

Efo Riro: A vegetable soup made with spinach or other greens, tomatoes, peppers, and meat or fish.

Moi Moi: A steamed bean pudding made with black-eyed peas, onions, peppers, and spices.

Pepper Soup: A spicy broth made with meat or fish, peppers, onions, and spices, often served as a starter.

Amala: A starchy porridge made from yam flour or cassava flour, served with soups or stews.

Chin Chin: A sweet or savory fried snack made from a mixture of flour, sugar, and spices.
